What You Get

Weekly Hot Seat & Q&A Calls with Rachel for 12 weeks: we’ll have dedicated weekly calls where you can get help, ask questions, have me review what you’re working on, and make sure you’re on the right track. The group size is limited so you can have support when you need it.

Private Facebook Group for 12 weeks: ask questions, celebrate wins, and get help in between our weekly calls. You don’t have to wait all week to get support.  

Website Traffic & Sales Training: You’ll receive access to Simple SEO Content when you first join. That course will walk you through how to do SEO on your website. Then you’ll receive two more bonus trainings, one in July and one in August. July’s training will focus on making sure your homepage is set up for leads and sales. The August training will help you make sure your sales funnel is working so you can set up a passive income funnel for your business.

How This Will Work

Dates: June 16 – September 4

Weekly Calls will be at 9am PST (except for 6/16, 8am PST) on Thursdays

Week 1 – SEO Keywords – you’ll watch Module 1 from Simple SEO Content and learn how to do SEO keyword research with me. We’ll have a Q&A call dedicated to SEO keywords because there will be questions.

Week 2 – This week is an implementation week. You’ll brainstorm a list of keywords for your website’s homepage. We’ll have a Hot Seat call to help you refine your keywords for your homepage. 

Week 3 – Content Development – you’ll watch Module 2 of Simple SEO Content and learn how to brainstorm content ideas, choose your content pillars, and choose a topic for your first blog post. We’ll have a Q&A call for questions about your content topics, ideas, and brainstorming. You’ll use the Custom GPT assistant to help you determine your content pillars and select your first blog post idea.

Week 4 – This is an implementation week. You’ll choose your topic and research a keyword for your first blog post. You’ll write your post and get it ready to publish. We’ll have a Hot Seat call to review your keywords and blog post topics.

Week 5 – You'll watch Module 3. It’s time to create the SEO elements for your homepage and new blog post. 

Yay! You’re making progress. This week, you’ll use the Custom SEO GPT to help you create the SEO elements for both your homepage and your blog post, and you’ll use the keywords you’ve chosen. We’ll have a Q&A call to answer any questions you have about your SEO elements on these two pages.

Week 6 – We’re moving on to link building. You’ll start by watching Module 4 of Simple SEO Content to learn about link building. You’ll add internal links (if applicable) to your blog post. We’ll have a Q&A call to answer any questions you have. You’ll also start learning how to build external links (links where other websites link back to you).

Week 7 – You’ve started SEO on your website, which helps us start getting traffic. Now, it’s time to move on to making sure that traffic converts when they get to your site. This week, you get a new training lesson on setting up your homepage for sales. You’ll watch the training, and then we’ll have a Q&A session where you can ask any questions you have about homepage strategy and conversion.

Week 8 – This is an implementation week. You’ll work on your homepage this week and make any changes you need to be sure it’s set up for leads and sales. We’ll have a Hot Seat call so you can have me review your page and make sure it’s good to go.

Week 9 – This week, we’re moving on to your sales funnel and making sure your email opt-in is working. You’ll receive a new training lesson this week on your sales funnel (passive income funnel), where you’ll learn what to track to make sure your traffic is converting. We’ll look at your opt-in, your website traffic, and I’ll share what to track to see where your traffic is coming from and make sure you build a profitable business.

Week 10, 11, and 12 – you have three more weeks with support in the student group and weekly Q&A or Hot Seat calls to get help and clarity. You’ll want to continue working on your website’s SEO and content plan. Start by optimizing your remaining website pages and then begin creating new blog content.

What Does It Cost? 

It's only $1,497 for the entire 12-week program. You'll have 12 weeks of live support, weekly calls, and then a full year's access to the online course material. 

By the end of the 12-week group coaching program, you’ll have done SEO on your website, written your first blog post (or more!), and determined if the opt-in you’re using now is working or if it’s time for a new one.

You’ll also have access to the SEO Content & Website Traffic & Funnel training videos for another year, so you can continue to work on your website’s traffic and sales.
